I’m not an environmentalist

Though I try to recycle;

I long to be a student

With a motorcycle

 

Or even better yet

With the push-pedal power

I could weave through traffic

And save half an hour

 

Wearing bicycle clothes

Lycra shorts fit the bill

I could save the whole universe

If it wasn’t uphill.
