Today everyone is talking about sustainability. In schools, boardrooms, cabinet rooms and even in the Vatican. The problem is turning talk into reality. We still have a long way to go. The major obstacle holding us back in our organisations and communities is a lack of leadership. The question is how can we find more effective leaders?

At the Centre for Sustainability Leadership we thought about this problem a few years ago and set about trying to find a solution. The answer to the questions is found in the Future Sustainability Leaders program, an audacious experiment to grow and cultivate a whole new breed of world leader capable of helping society navigate our complex future.

Over the last three years we have put over seventy carefully selected people through leadership training in Melbourne. Past participants have found the programme so valuable that it has literally changed their lives.
