Having only seen him on Collectors, I went to the show open minded and not knowing what to expect. A friend had told me that if I kept in mind Adam Hills’ type of routine, then I would not be disappointed.

She was right – I wasn’t disappointed.

Although one of the shortest shows at only 50 minutes, Andy manages to pack a lot of jokes in and even has time to chats with the audience.

Cantered around human evolution, Andy takes us on a journey through the more amusing side of the annoying side of our evolution.

His show is accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation and music. Andy discusses three main aspects of human evolution; language, technology and the brain.

If you ever get a chance to see him live, I recommend it. An intimate venue makes for a more personal experience.
