So, jerking off: any different to sex? Here's an interesting transcript of a discussion I had on MSN with a guy about it.

So I was having a chat to a guy I sort of know on MSN at work today. A bit of a long story but he was asking my opinion of a poem he was writing. Now, it wasn't a very good poem but no matter. This post isn't about good poetry, it's about jerking off. I know, poetry and jerking off go together like mash potato and ice cream.

I asked him who the poem was for–to get a clearer idea of the context around the poem–and he said it was for his ex-girlfriend. Why anyone would break up with that gorgeous hunk of boy I don't know, but again, this post is not about the fickle nature of (hetero-)women, it's about jerking off.

I then asked him if he was in love with her. I kinda guessed as much from his words, even if they did read like a fifth grade rhyming class. He said he did, and that she still loved him, but alas things weren't working out. In fun I told him to get himself a hot boy to help take his mind off her. He replied, saying guys were worse.

i guess if you talk to the right people then everything is just a result of chemicals.

i then wonder if there are those out there who only aim to please, with no real getting off satisfaction for themselves. but then again, i guess it can be argued that seeing someone else get off would be their own version of it anyway.

you can call it love-making, or passion hard sex. whatever you want to call it or however it turs out then yeah, i guess it all comes down to getting off.

i just love that you get into conversations like this. and i have to say hot guy seems like a little bit of a jerk.

yeah, i guess. i think it was just his comment of "i fuck bitches to get off" which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. he may not have intended it, it just came across that way to me. but otherwise, i completely agree with you.
