The site is structured around points of youth interest and participation.

LIFESTYLE covers culture, arts, entertainment and everything in-between. It includes articles, reviews and interviews about all the people, places and events you want to know about. MUSIC covers all the records, tunes and gigs you like to hear, and FILM includes info on everything from the box to the big screen. THEATRE comprises all the  performances on the Australian stage. ARTS is culture, visual arts, and fashion, and our BOOKS section is a discussion of all the things and people you like to read about. Got any questions or have any article you want to share? ISSUES is an online publishing station for articles, interviews, book and film reviews, opinion pieces and anything else you care to pitch about local, national and international politics - and by politics we mean the real stuff. We want to publish short stories about how big issues affect individuals in big ways. We want to publish the perspective that is missing from the mainstream media - your perspective as a young person growing up in the world bequeathed to us by our elders. We don't care whether you are left wing or right wing. If you want to improve your writing, beef up your resume and get help from the professional editors, this is the place for you. So fire off an email to pulse@vibewire.net if you are interested in jumping on board.

CREATE WRITING showcases the work of young and emerging writers and poets. From all over Australia, CREATE WRITING provides an opportunity for young writers to get their work published and provides information about other writing opportunities and events in "Create Community News." Want to get involved? As well as the three major sections, we want to encourage youth involvement through the BLOGS, POLLS and FORUMS. We are here to build a youth community so if there is an issue that you want raised than this is the place to do it. At the moment any video contributions made are found on the HOMEPAGE, which serves as a sampler of the works from all the sections. The site is an expression of what we think you want it to be, so if you love it let us know! Similarly, if you want changes made we want to be told.
