Purpose

This is a step-by-step guide of how to join and submit content for editorial approval and publication.

Step by step

1. Go to www.vibewire.net

2. Joining: go to “join” to the right of the screen and

add yourself as a user

* Joining involves registering your details. After you

register, an email will be sent to you from the

vibewire site. Go to your inbox and click on the link

that we have sent you. Then go back to the site to

choose a password.

3. Adding new articles: Once you are logged in. You

may want to submit your content onto the site.

* Go to “my folder”

* Then, go to “my articles” – here you can view

your existing articles and add new articles

* To add an article click on “add item” then click on

“article”.

* You will be redirected to a new page.

- Under “title” write in the article’s title and by

writer’s name.

- Under “description” include the first paragraph

of the article (Around 300 Chars)

- Under “location” choose which section you want

this article to go in. For example a music article will

go in

“Life-Music”

* “Body Text” is the article minus the title and first

paragraph.

* “Thumb” – is the image that will sit alongside your article.

* “Save”: - hit this button and the article has been saved into

your ‘my article’ folder.

4. Last Step: Once you have saved your content. Click the “state”

button next to the “add item” button, and choose ‘submit’ .

This will notify the editorial team that your article is ready for

publication on our site.
